Answer: Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Matt 24:40
The context is obviously on ‘day one’ of the Day of the Lord and the resurrection is not until the beast says he is God at the sixth seal (v40 ‘Then’ is the day referring to the sudden start of the Day of the Lord). Paralambano means ‘to be associated with’ as in the context of ‘to be joined to’ or ‘counted as with’. Paul goes to great length to point out that the ‘Day of the Lord’ has a sudden unrecognisable start, but the gathering to our Lord will not be until obvious events such as the beast saying he is God has occurred.
On day one of the End Time, the warning ‘be ready, for you know not when the Son of man comes’ and ‘being associated with’ refers to being chosen for the wedding and placed on the ‘invite list’.
The Matt 25 parable is quite literal when it says ‘Behold, the bridegroom cometh’ and those that were ready at that moment were selected for the wedding. Day one of the End Time is the day it will be obvious Christ has set everything in motion.
The next move by the Saints on knowing the Day of the Lord has officially started is to fulfill the task of warning the world what is to happen over the next seven years. This will involve the litteral coming out of Babylon before it falls. They have an uphill battle for the next three and a half years before the resurrection.
